Fitnastics Classes Curious about gymnastics? We have a class for you! Fitnastics offers a variety of different classes from walking to 18 years old. Our preschool program is for boys and girls from walking to 4 years old. Once a gymnast is 5 years old they move to our recreational program which builds on the preschool program. At 5, boys and girls go into separate classes to focus on the apparatus specific to Men’s or Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. At 6 years, all classes become skill-based for advancement.
