Xcel Competition Team Fitnastics Xcel program is by invitation only. The Xcel Competition Program competes November through March. Xcel travels throughout the upper Midwest (mainly: Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin) and competes primarily with gymnasts from Region IV, which includes Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Nebraska. The Fitnastics Xcel program starts at the Silver Level and grows from there. Invitation to the Xcel competitive team are based on referrals from a gymnast’s current Level 2 or Level 3 coaches based on: attitude, coachability, skill acquisition, commitment, timeliness, consistency, and financial obligations met. Gymnasts practice between two and four days per week, ranging from five to twelve hours per week. Still have questions about our competitive program?
