All Preschool classes are co-ed. Gymnasts are moved based on their age. Tumble Bees (Walking to 2 year, 30 Minute Class once a Week) Tumble Bees is a parent-tot class, where a parent or other adult is needed to help their gymnast throughout the class. The Tumble Bees class runs as a circuit in our preschool Adventure Room with preschool-sized equipment; they practice climbing, jumping, crawling, swinging, and rolling in a safe and colorful environment. All of our preschool classes incorporate bi-weekly themes to develop both their imagination and preschool readiness concepts. Some examples are Caped Crusaders, Alphabet Acrobat, and Fire Safety week. Students are sent home with a coloring page, stamp and sticker to help remind them of what they worked in class each week. Leotards are welcome, but not required for Rompers. We do ask that you wear non-restrictive clothing, with a shirt that is able to be tucked in. No blue jeans, clothing with zippers or buttons, free hanging skirts, bare midriff or hoods are allowed. Gymnasts will go bare foot, long hair should be pulled back from the face, and no jewelry other than recently pierced, small stud earrings or medical jewelry are allowed. Romper Stompers (3 years, 45 Minute Class once a Week) Rompers Stompers is the first age-based class where the child participates in class without a parent’s help. They work on large and small motor movements, as well as learning basic gymnastics skills in our Adventure Room, where we have preschool-sized equipment that includes Vault, Bars, Balance Beams, Floor tumbling & Trampoline.
